Faces
This photo series consists of stranger portraits who became my “companions” for a moment. The frames shows the big city like an endless stream of faces—real people, from advertising banners and shop windows—captured at different times over the past couple of years.
We are made up of encounters. Chance glances caught in the crowd. Silent neighbors on the tram. Reflections behind glass and shop windows. Perhaps the most valuable thing to remember is that every such face, even one that flashes, leaves its trace. Peaceful and quiet but important. Kind of togetherness in solitude of the crowded metropolis.
